It's odd, I read the book and as time passes my opinion of it has been improving and the same thing has happened with the movie for me though not to the same extent.

I thought Thomas Horn was absolutely fantastic in it.  Great movie, though I didn't read the book - I'll have to put it on my list and compare them.

If you liked the movie definitely give the book a try and I agree, Thomas Horn was fantastic.

Not sure how to say how I feel about this without spoilers so I will just say that I'm okay with it overall but it is far from perfect.

Wonderful film and one of my mum's favourites.  He only became a gangster because he couldn't run as fast as his brother. :'(

The Man With The Iron Fist

I like kung fu movies but can't really recommend this one too highly. It was ok.

Skyfall. I thought the cinematography was great and I also liked how the plot seemed a bit more intimate than some other James Bond films. The only thing I regretted about it was that I'd hoped to have seen more of Berenice Marlohe, as she's rather stunning. She reminds me of a European Gong Li, whom I've always admired. A-

I finally got around to watching Little Miss Sunshine, and it is laugh out loud hilarious to a point. Unfortunately they chose to go for a sappy feel good ending instead of something more original, but until they get to their destination it's an awesome film.
