Yeah, it's stunning!

I read that book in elementary school and its mark was indelible, like a Watership Down. I haven't seen it since the VHS days about 15 years ago. Is it on Blu ray?

War Horse a week ago or so.

Very very touching and overall beautiful film. The scene where Joey recognizes the whistle from Albert, who was blinded by gas, nearly got me.

Same here........I know the horse wasn't really trapped or hurt, but it was a very sad scene.  I loved the end of the film.

Last movie I watched was The Hunger Games.

Wild at Heart. It's a decent film. It reminds me of True Romamce (which is a better film IMO).

I couldn't finish Wild At Heart, though I'm a fan of most of Lynch's films. I couldn't get into the main characters, too uninteresting and unlikable for me to swallow the decadence.

Last movie I finished was Safety Not Guaranteed (small time-travel misteromedy).
It is watchable, with very solid acting, good deadpan humour and not much at stake.
Nice and cozy little flick with one of the best car-following/chase scenes in cinematic history (well, it's more a moment than a full blown scene, but worth watching the movie for).

I bet it's got actual LOL moments when you watch it with friends.
