I'm really loving her hair in these pix. I always liked it best longer so nice to see she's grown it out a bit. She's looking great!

She is holding a cigarette here, but the pic is from quite a few years ago.  I've seen pics of all the band members smokng or with cigarettes, and I wonder if it's maybe more accepted in Ireland.  It's not my favorite thing, but it's not the worst thing in the world, either.

Oh, she just smokes when she drinks.  We all do that, don't we?

Time to bump this and send good vibes to Ali as she helps Bono heal.  I read somewhere she wanted to be a nurse, so that will come in handy.

Yes, God bless Ali and the kids while they help Bono with his recovery and rehab program.  Something tells me he would not make an ideal patient  :D

I just noticed that EDUN 's site is under construction for a new look. I don't know if that was a result of Ali having to devote her time to Bono or if it was in the works before that. They are not accepting any orders  :'(  I have the poem scarf in gray and wanted one in black. I should have bought it when I had the chance but I am sure they will be back as will Bono!  Family time is top priority for Ali - that is the kind of lovely lady that she is!

SG, you probably already know this, but I recently found out that EDUN (or at least a portion of it) was bought last year by the Louis Vuitton parent company, LVMH or something like that.  So maybe the redesign has something to do with that.  I also read somewhere (can never remember my sources) that maybe Bono was going to do a Louis Vuitton ad, which would make some sense given the connections.  I don't normally lust after designer stuff, but boy would I love a Louis Vuitton weekender bag, at probably only $5000 or so.  And the gray poem scarf sounds pretty.  I have a black one, but a gray one would be nice as well, black and gray being my two favorite colors for clothing.

Ah, yes lorijane-I forgot this! Oh and they did e-mail me back and say that the scarves will be available in mid June when the new site launches!  I am excited to see their new stuff.

There was an article about Ali and Edun in the UK's Independent on Sunday newspaper yesterday:
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/people/profiles/ali-hewson-edun-regained-1984391.html

interesting read (although not quite sure why they think the tour is restarting in the US when they seem to know that Glastonbury is off)
