Elevation's hidden lyrics

In the song Elevation (not the Tomb Raider Mix) Bono is singing something like "Shake it out, I'm speaking of the heart" from 1:11 - 1:14.
Does anyone know the genuine words Bono is singing?

I thought he said something like "pick it up and put it in your pocket". It's always bugged me that bit :P
