I think they are all obnoxious now. The tickets are cheap too - $22. So many other groups sold out quickly, but not these guys.

Yes! Now I've had Velociraptor for a few months I really like it, I reckon it's equal to West Ryder.

I liked Velociraptor a bit better the second listen, but that was over a week ago and I'm not even interested in hearing it again...

I agree that it's not as immediate as West Ryder, but upon multiple listens the quality really shines through.

I saw them in Chicago on April 2nd, and was very impressed how great of a live show they put on.  Actually, I saw them twice that day, as they played a 4 song acoustic set at the Apple store a couple of hours before the gig.
