Can't upload image?

Hi, trying to upload an image but it says upload folder is full? image is only 90k

If I am not mistaken, you will not be able to load that image here tj. It got to be too much on the forum so you can us photo bucket or google images  like most of our members do now.

Sorry If I sound stupid, I have never uploaded photos through photobucket.
How do I do that? I have a few pics on my photobucket 'account" but how do I actually get them here?When I go to upload here, it takes me to my pictures file on my documents
I will be posting pics soooon!! and I am just preparing!
Please help! In detail!
