I hate telling people I'm not going to go with them on a service. I just had to tell my realtor that I was selecting a new one and she sounded upset. :/
She should have flogged your house at a good price then. She's only got herself to blame really.
She does. She had four months to sell my house and she didnt despite the fact that it was a strong market. And she didnt give me weekly status updates.
I'm going with a family friend -- the one whole sold me the house in the first place. I can trust him because he's actually a good salesman. And if he screws me over, my dad will kick his ass because he's my dad's friend. Thanks to my dad being a contractor, I get all kind of services through his friends who are all honest and do good work. Should have went with the family friend in the first place. (He sold my grandmother's house in a bad market.)
