Okay, this one was amusing for me....don't know why.
I have a Sirius/XM Satellite radio that allows me to put in up to 50 favorite artists and when that artist is being played on any stellite station, it will alert me. I get alerts to U2, Coldplay, Radiohead, Muse, Killers, Black Keys, etc. This morning, however, around 7:40 am was a first. I was alerted to U2 Elevation being played so I hit the button to switch to the station to listen. To my mild surprise, it was playing on a station called Out-Q or something like that....Gay Radio Entertainment. I didn't know this station existed so what surprised me, amused me, etc. was the curiousity that the song Elevation was some sort of gay anthem or something or if that is a common type of song played on that station. I listened for about 5 minutes and the rest was simply boring talk radio. I have nothing against gay people or anybody else for that matter, but does anybody know if Elevation is being used as a type of anthem? Just found it interesting. Also, I thought it was cool to hear elevation on the radio......it's probably not played very often on radio.
