You're right. October should be on the top. :)

You know I'm just kidding with you? (I have to say that so that everyone else doesnt accuse me of bullying everyone. :) )

I know because you put a smiley after it, and it didn't look like a sarcastically meant smiley. :D

Actually I just know you too well! You're not a bullying type!

Naw, I'm not. I guess sometimes I'm just forceful with my opinion. I mean no disrespect to anyone. :)

1. Achtung Baby   <-- Switches with JT all the time... both are so good
2. Joshua Tree
3. All That You Can't Leave Behind  <-- Always #3. The album that got me hooked on U2
4. The Unforgettable Fire
5. War
6. Pop
7. How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb
8. October
9. Zooropa
10. Boy
11. No Line on the Horizon
12. Rattle and Hum

Or something like that... It's a little easier to put them in three categories:

Good: Boy, October, Rattle & Hum, Zooropa, HTDAAB, NLOTH
Great: War, UF, Pop
Best: Joshua Tree, Achtung Baby, ATYCLB

Yours is the closest to mine that I have seen. My list goes something like this:

1. Achtung Baby
2. The Joshua Tree
3. Zooropa
4. Pop
5. The Unforgettable Fire
6. No Line on the Horizon
7. War
8. Rattle and Hum
9. Boy
10. October
11. Bomb
12. Behind

All I really care about, though, is the top six and the bottom two. I don't even care about the order.

Here's mine:

1.  Achtung Baby  -  A perfect record.
2.  Pop  -  Has aged very well
3.  Zooropa  -  I love how underrated it is
4.  No Line On The Horizon  -  Some of U2s best work
5.  All That You Can't Leave Behind  -  This could have been named 'The Unforgettable Joshua Baby'.  It showcases just how awesome U2 is at everything they'd done before it
6.  The Unforgettable Fire  -  A beautiful record
7.  The Joshua Tree  -  Love the hits, the rest is spotty IMHO
8.  Rattle &  Hum  -  I have a soft spot for it, but I think its aged poorly
9.  Passengers: Original Soundtracks 1  -  Takes things too far, but still has some cool stuff
10. War  -  Like Joshua Tree to me
11. How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb  -  This one I refer to as 'Achtung War Tree', but its not as strong as ATYCLB.  City of Blinding Lights is a classic though.
12. Boy  -  A great debut record, still sounds fresh
13. October  -  I love Gloria, October, Tomorrow and Scarlett.  The rest is forgettable to me.  But I love how passionate it's fans are ;)

Wow!!! We rank War in the same position!! I think we occasionally have more in common than I give you credit for. :)

War is brilliant! Its the album that got me into U2 in 1983.

I agree!! Though it's not the one that got me into U2 since I was 8. :) I like to think that the song Pride did because I heard it when I was young and remember hearing it. AB is the album that really made me a U2 fan. I just fell in love with the old school stuff when I went backwards from AB trying to find everything U2. :)

I think War is good from start to finish. Sometimes I think I'm the only one who loves Red Light and Two Hearts Beat As One. And Surrender.... Ahhh....

No, you are not. There is not one song on Pop, Achtung Baby, Boy or War that I ever skip.
