A Manhattan...AND Jerry!  ;D

The assistant is horrible, but apparently so is Ivy. Oh, boy! I must say, Katherine McPhee is superb and I was not a fan before. I'll take two of her boyfriends, please. Thank you.
I love Derek's character too, but yeah right on the gas leak!  >:(

I do like that she is being played a little. I like that very few people are 100% good or bad. Even Debra Messing's character had her weak moment. Next week should be interesting.

And again, totally surprised by Katherine, although she wasn't really featured in the last episode, next week's looks to bring back the Karen/Ivy tug of war.

And had it not been for Spiderman, I would not even know what a workshop is. Thanks Spidey and U2.

what the hell's up with X Factor?

first Whitney dies before she can finalize a deal, then the show's producers get blown off by both Beyonce and Britney Spears in the space of a week.  sinking ship?

Let's hope so. But I dread to think what might replace it. It annoys me how a new artist is big for a year or so, signs up as a judge and becomes this super celeb more well known for judging talent than for their own music. It's almost like their they've run out of ideas before they get to their 2nd/3rd album so decide to take the money and sit on a panel for the next couple of years.

I think people have had enough of Simon Cowell on both sides of the Atlantic.

The new show "Awake" on NBC is one of the best shows I've seen on TV in a long time. Two episodes in, its ratings are teh suck, so it likely won't last beyond this first season, but I'm enjoying the hell out of it while it's here.

Watched the made for tv movie of Sarah Palin. Acting was terrific. Will not comment on the rest!!!

The new series called Missing with Ashley Judd starts this Thursday on ABC and CTV. Supposedly not too bad. Mostly shot in Europe and they say it is pretty decent.

Loving watching The Voice. The interaction between the judges is good fun and entertainment in itself. Glad they jumped to people with actual talent. Decent all around.

Julianne Moore = goddess.

The Walking Dead was amazing tonight...and next week's season finale looks like it's going to an all-out bloodbath!  :D

I have it DVR'd. I am going to catch up this week!
Darn it, shows I like always get cancelled  :(  I think I must have bad taste in shows!

No way. It's the larger masses that have terrible taste in shows. Awake is brilliant.

SAY DAT!  ;D
That's why all the cop-show-dirty-comedy crap on CBS is the most watched stuff in America, while good shows like the Thursday night NBC comedies are ignored.

Sunday - The Good Wife, The Amazing Race - sometimes, but I'm not as big a fan as I once was; Masterpiece Classic
Monday - Bethenny Ever After, Smash
Tuesday - Nothing I can think of
Wednesday - American Idol - I've liked it this year and last. I like this set of judges. Revenge (Yes, I know) Top Chef when it's on
Thursday - Touch - MUST WATCH!!, Project Runway
Friday - Just caught an episode of Suits and it has promise.

Lots of times I watch online later, so the day of the week doesn't really matter much. I do try to catch the best ones - Masterpiece, Smash and The Good Wife on the big TV. :)

I caught bits and pieces of the Pilot of Awake and it didn't work for me. I should probably watch the entire thing. Huh?  ;) I also watched the pilot of Missing w/ Ashley Judd after reading a brief review. I love the international locales, not sure it will work out acting/plot wise, but it's got a bit of a Bourne vibe to it. I'm going to watch episode 2 today since our tournament is rained out and I have the time. :)

Oh, travelling last week, I caught an episode of Suits on USA. I really liked it. My hubby told me he had watched it w/ our son last summer and it was very clever. I agree based on what I saw last Friday night. I think I'll try and catch up on that online too.

Really wish I had pay Cable to watch Homeland. Last summer, I watched the entire series of Life with the same lead actor, Damian Lewis, and it was TERRIFIC!! Wish it was never cancelled.
