Radiohead announce first gigs of 2012 - stating in the U.S.

Yeah, my problem was that too. Excellent, tight musical performance from the band, but Thom was not on peak form, annoyingly unfocused on many songs in the second half. But pro-shot gigs don't come up all the time, and they do sound very lived in and tight with the material.

I just revisited the SNL performance of "Idioteque," and though I think it's used far too often, the word epic is entirely appropriate in this case.

A brief aside: The guy who sat next to me at the Dallas show proclaimed "beer run" when "Idioteque" started, because "[he] f****** hates this song."  I've only heard a precious few sequences of words that surprised me more.

Lucky guy Brisco. The bastards that are Radiohead decided to shun their Scottish fans when they played the UK....so, they went down in my estimations.
That all sed...im sure the shows will be great at the weekend. im most envious
