Having had a fairly hectic first half of 2012, gig-wise (highlights including Bluesfest, Laura Marling and an absolutely f**king incredible Bon Iver gig) we're in a bit of a hiatus for a few months. November will be amazing though - we've got Radiohead, Coldplay and Harvest Festival (the lineup is bloody fantastic! see below) in the same week (!) plus am going to try and get tickets to see The Living End play their first album in full in a club show in Sydney.

We'll prob also get tickets to see Mumford and Sons - has anyone got any reports? I'm probably looking forward to seeing the support act (Edward Sharp and the Magnetic Zeros) just as much as the headliners.

I wish I could see Coldplay again. Saw two of the Hollywood Bowl shows and would go again in a heartbeat. Best show I've seen this year. Thinking of getting tickets for the Peter Gabriel tour where he's playing "So" in it's entirely with the original band that made it. That would be a fantastic show.

Feel like my usual haunt (the Record Deck thread) is spilling over here, but.........Peter Gabriel is on my list of vinyl to collect. Im wanting to explore his Genesis years as well as his solo stuff. My wee boy Loves Sledgehammer video. He only likes two songs in the whole world, and that is one of them, BUT...i think its the video more he likes...he loves all that stop motion animation. I think ad like to see peter Gabriel in concert too. I must investigate if hes coming to Scotland

His other fave song is Like Humans Do by David Byrne. I have to say...he may only like two songs so far...but im well impressed with his totally random choices of Artists.
