So what? That's no reason to hate an artist. As long as one likes her music, it's not a big deal. I like her music, so I don't mind that her entire persona is fake. So is 90% of mainstream (and even some indie) musicians.

Although I'm not sure about the plastic surgery...she looks pretty normal to me.
