Paranoid

Either that or maybe War Pigs? Iron Man?

War Pigs was my second choice. Not too sure about Iron Man, seems a bit too doom metal-ish for them, with the riff and stuff. Paranoid would be the best choice I think since they've done Helter Skelter and the likes in the past.

They should write their own if they want - even though Bono would probably not be able to sing it accordingly. At least not in concert because he'd better save his voice.

War Pigs is the one heavy blues song I've long thought they should attempt to cover, if for nothing other than a laugh.

I mean, Sabbath and U2......oil and water.

this one:    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5sIXUbMgF0

also, there are quite a few other Tool songs they could do. Maynard's voice is kinda reminiscent of Bono's at times, and Adam Jones makes Edge sound like Eddie van Halen when it comes to solos. "Stinkfist" comes to mind. The only holdup as far as covering most Tool songs is the drumming. On songs like "Aenima" and "Lateralus," Danny Carey sounds like 2 or 3 guys playing at once in perfect sync.
