Coldplay can play stadiums in the UK and in Europe but they cannot fill enough seats to be profitable in America. Lots of music that Europe has and is extrmemly popular over there we have beary heard of. Lots of artists that are not popular in the US aymore are still very popular oveseas.

Guys, guys, please let's stop this. I thought we had an armistice yesterday.

Let's just face it: we are intractable on this.

There are those of us who think Coldplay can't do a proper stadium tour in the U.S. And then there are those who think they can.

Let's get back to discussing more positive topics like how Boots destroyed U2.  :P

Lol, I still don't think GOYB ruined U2. Maybe it hurt NLOTH's chances at being a commercial success, but U2, overall, are still doing quite well as a band--as evidenced by 360's success. What will ruin U2 is if they release a subpar CD next time around and/or their live performances begin to suffer.
