RG III didn't show today.

We've know he wouldn't be there without a signed contract for some time. Nothing new here.

Try not the predict the NFL. It's difficult. Since 2004 there have been 6 new playoff teams every season. And ever since the Dolphins went from 1-15 in 2007 to 11-5 division champs in 2008 I'm never sure what will happen. That's why the NFL is the top pro league. Wouldn't be surprised if they went 6-10 or 10-6. Wondering if Garrard will have one last hurrah a la Pennington 2008, or if his days are behind him and Moore or Tannehill will end up taking over the starting spot.

Louis Delmas underwent knee surgery today. Lions staff aren't saying when they expect him back. He's their best secondary player. Not good news.  :(

NFC's going to be a total zoo, but I can't see more than 3 - maybe 4, tops - AFC teams as being serious contenders.

As long as the Patriots don't go far this season, I'm ok.

...and it's equally possible that they'll go 6-10. If I were still a betting man, I wouldn't bet a nickel on anything NFC-related this season.
