I must disagree with the sentiment this were a Brian Eno dominated album. Yes, his influence is felt through him being the main keyboard player on the album and as such, a the 5th quarter of the recording band U2.
Bono is in fine voice again for the first time since quite a while and his lyrics are great too, for the most part. Edge pulls of quite a few surprises all the way being in familiar territory at the same time.
Adam, well, the album does not feel like he had that much of an influence on the outcome.
But Larry was never really comfortable with the electronica approach the band took in the 90s. Here, he is back at the helm with some fine drumming.
So I'd say it's Larry.
