Must have been a very heavy archive after the 360 tour. Some engineers must have had to sit down with band members to find great memories.

I'm curious to know if they really did record and keep every single performance.
I'm thinking, at this day in age, with all digital/computers...most likely yes...IMO

wow. i'd pay big money for the "official" bootlegs of the 5 shows i've seen. Two of those 5 i have great quality recordings off <more specifically the first show i saw and the Denver 360 show>. i can dream!

I agree. I wish they'd go Pearl Jam status and release every concert from the 360 tour in simple white sleeve CDs. There's a bunch I'd buy. Especially the three I went too. Although Rose Bowl is on Bluray so I do have one of them.

Yea so many bands are doing this, or have been doing this. i bought the Pixies Doolittle show i was at, the PJ 2003 show i was at. To be honest im really surprised that Radiohead isnt doing this.

Yeah, I don't understand why they don't release the concert recordings, either. I'm guessing their recording technology is quite good, so even with minimal "mixing" the sound quality should be much better than any of the bootlegs out there. And I'd definitely pay good money for recordings of the two concerts I've been to.

They never even updated the Rose Bowl DVD with anything worthwhile. That would of been a great opportunity with the BD live feature to release additional 360 material ; especially for those of us who purchased the super deluxe versions.

I kind of wanted to get that Rose Bowl DVD, but decided not to because I liked the setlists in 2011 better and didn't feel it offered enough to justify the price. And I agree, they should've given the super deluxe purchasers a bit more material.

I'm actually surprised they don't just offer streams of the concerts on u2.com through the subscription. And by that I mean, not just select concerts, but all the 360 shows they recorded (plus any other concerts from past tours they've recorded). I'm betting a lot more people would subscribe, if they did this.

I came in here to post the same thing today. It's been almost a week so I can't believe nobody's gotten it yet. My mail doesn't come until the afternoon so I won't know until later.
