No big deal.  They only wasted two minutes of some people's lives.

The most important thing is that this "cover" did not take up space to deprive any other song of a setlist space, unlike in the early stages of U2's Popmart Tour when the karaoke songs by The Edge actually took up the space of one entire song - totally wasting everyone's time.

Cheers,

J

So does anyone think they will sell out Wembley Stadium? Has Battle Born got the legs to take them to another level?

GA tickets are sold out, and considering that their entire UK Arena Tour was sold out, yeah, I think they will (especially since the concert isn't until June)

They will slash ticket prices, and/or offer 2 for 1.

Way too ambitious on the back of an album that is just not up to it.

It's a shame, because they're a great live act, but you've got to have the tools to pull it off.

I'm saddened that they're not going to give their devoted UK lovers a passionate experience close up and personal.

Hopefully they'll play to a half-empty stadium but I suspect they won't.

And we generally only get BOGOF's in supermarkets in Britain.  Although that could have been a neat marketing stunt for U2 on the PopMart tour, except that they nearly sold out the UK dates.
