I won't be able to go - again! Ugh! It's about 1:45 hrs away!!

What about Coachella for you? And, you already saw them up close and personal!!

Now I'm obsessed with this. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login   I've listened to it 6x already!
For me to endure the people and the inconvenience of Coachella, I think only a 3-night headlining commitment from U2 would make it worth my while!  8) The one band I really care about at Coachella this year is doing a few out-of-LA shows so I'm flying up in a few weeks to catch one in San Francisco. I'd rather have a 1.5 hour show from one of my favorite bands with other super fans than see them play at a minor stage for 45 minutes with a bunch of non-fans.  ;)

I'm enjoying the "leaked" stuff too, if only for the sake of getting anything.

One of my students was injured in a car accident, so I made him a "feel better" CD. It reflected many songs that are rocking my world right now:

Bleeding Out, Imagine Dragons
Sun, Two Door Cinema Club
Symptoms, Atlas Genius
Lasso, Phoenix
I Always Knew, The Vaccines

Coachella - Whoa! Doesn't sound at all fun. My son's friend went to Firefly last year and loved it, but I didn't ask about the accommodations or lack thereof!  ;)

Why can't we all have teachers like you? Hope your student heals quickly.

I realized this morning that I probably like If So by AG because the lead sounds very much like the lead singer for Airborne Toxic Event. Is he the same singer as Trojans? It doesn't sound like it.

Same lead singer. To me, Trojans doesn't song like the rest of their work. Doing a little reading up on them, this may make sense because I believe it was written about 2 years before most of the other songs on the album.

Regarding ATE singer: one more than once occasion in their past albums, he's had these shockingly Gavin Rossdale (Bush) moments.  ???

Not to be a total creeper, but I kind of love you, too. Love ALL of those (but don't know the Bad Rabbits tune). This thread gives me so many great ideas!

AG - Gotcha

Hurt Me Tomorrow--K'Naan (K'Naan makes me think I could actually be okay with this hip hop thing)
Recovery--Frank Turner (just <3)
Many of Horror--Biffy Clyro (and finally bought the whole album)
Sweater Weather--The Neighbourhood (don't know how big this song is everywhere else, but I'm calling it as this year's song of the summer. As the kids say, it's gonna blow up.)
Scenes from an Italian Restaurant--Billy Joel (pure camp and I absolutely don't care)
