The book will be available in the USA on November 27th if you want to buy it. Not sure how much it will cost on the day it's released as the price will probably change by then.

Do we know which tracks made the cut for the CD?

So far we know:
NLOTH
Get On Your Boots
Electrical Storm
New Year's Day
Spanish Eyes

What of the rest? I want to know if Your Blue Room, Scarlet, Miss Sarajevo, and HMTMKMKM made the cut too before I order it.

Oh. :o

Does that mean between the 15 track CD and the bonus downloads that we're ultimately getting every song that didn't make U22?

22 + 15 + 2 = 39

There were 48 tracks in the running for U22. At present, that means 9 songs remain that haven't been accounted for on U22 or FTGU, and we know more bonus downloadable tracks are coming.

This is crap. Because I renewed in October, I wont get this, even though I expire in Oct 2013??? I dont see any downloadable tracks in my area on the site. :( This pisses me off. I'm not paying another $40. It told me I could renew now, but renew now to what? If I click that button and pay, will it now say I'm good to Oct 2014?!

This club is messed up.

You should contact LiveNation. They may be able to sort it out for you.

Oh.

There were 46 tracks total.  There have been three bonus downloads.  Unknown Caller was bonus to U22.  And now we have No Line and Spanish Eyes.

22 + 1 + 15 + 2 = 40.  So currently, there are 6 left over tracks that might not see light of day.  U2.com says more downloads are coming, but they don't say whether they'll be more bonus tracks, or if they'll be tracks included on the CD.

It looks like New Year's Day, Boots, and Electrical Storm will be on the CD based on the music player embedded in the news article.  So the following tracks are the ones left that could be used.

40
I'll Go Crazy If I Don't Go Crazy Tonight (Remix)
Vertigo
I Will Follow
Sunday Bloody Sunday
Pride (In the Name of Love)
Breathe
Miss Sarajevo
Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me
Stuck In A Moment You Can't Get Out Of
In A Little While
Mothers Of The Disappeared
Desire
Return Of The Stingray Guitar
Your Blue Room
Party Girl
Angel Of Harlem
Scarlet

I doubt Crazy Tonight will be on it as the version we had to vote on was the same performance from Artificial Horizon. If it was a newer rendition with the Discotheque/Please snippets I could see it making the cut.

I'm tempted to find a way to get the bundle package even though I don't have the money, but I'll probably just get the book on Amazon or something.

I just read the well written review on @U2 and the book sounds fun, but there are many things that just sound disappointing. The biggest one: the quality of the pictures. I knew they looked weird when I saw a couple of sample pictures and I was hoping that wasn't what they would look like in the book, but unfortunately...

Is it normal that two gifts ( U22 and From the Ground Up) are so close together? I mean 6 months or less isn't a lot. And I thought I read on this site that the average was twelf to fifteen months.
