I got curious and called Live Nation. It sounded like I woke the guy up. He said it's on back order and could be 1-4 weeks before it ships. So....they didn't KNOW people would be ordering? I guess I should have renewed even earlier or waited longer.

I just wish they wouldn't say "Okay?" at the end of such statements. No, it's not okay, you charged me already and I am not going to get the item for 2-5 weeks.

Very cool gift. Awesome book and the CD sounds great. Electrical Storm is a highlight so far.  Good job U2.com !

Are they shipping based on when you subscribed? If so when did you? I thought I re subscribed pretty early but maybe not I guess.

So lame. Just when I thought U2.com was getting better because they seemed to be more on top of this release, now it looks like I'm going to be in the waiting game until some time next year even though I ordered mine in November. They definitely never live up to their claims of when things will be received.

IT HAS ARRIVED PEOPLE!!!

The book looks awesome and it looks to be a fascinating read also.

I'm just uploading the CD onto my iTunes, I can't wait to hear what it sounds like!

Only problem is the four photos of the band members were literally glued down to the inside cover and, as I tried to get them off, one of them stayed stuck to the cover and it ripped slightly (and it was Bono's pic too)  :'(

Not too bad though and a fantastic purchase.

FYI - I ordered mine on 9th November, received a shipping e-mail on the 18th December and I'm in England  :)
