Changed email

I have been a member for many years and yesterday I changed to a temporary email and today went back to my original email and I had to re register as a new member so all my previous posts and my status is gone , I would like that to be corrected

That's odd- I changed my email on here and all I had to do was reactivate my account. Same account, I didn't have to re-register. Is your old account still available on here?

Yes, I was having computer problems on Saturday and went I tried to log on it would not accept my email and password as if I was never a member so now I had to re register so all my emails and previous posts and staus are gone , there must be a way for the help desk to reset my account and put it back theway it was , I am not getting any help from them .

HAWKMOON- I am being seen as a guest , not a member , what am I going to do I have to keep logging on and answer verification code everytime , this is getting me concerned . really appreciate it if you could fix this problem .
