I am going to be shocked if all the songs up for voting last year aren't either on the CD itself or available as a download. I too am dying to get good versions of those two songs, but I don't think we have anything to worry about.

As others have said, 22 (last year's CD) + 15 (this year's CD) + 4 (downloads so far) = 41. I don't think they are going to get that close to giving us every song from the pool (was it like 43 or 44?) and not give them all to us.

How a multi million dollar corporation like U2 manages to have such a crap website I will never know. I can only assume bono and co are too busy ploughing their money into investments and big houses rather than giving their fans anything genuine back

Agreed, except I wouldn't be surprised if 1 or 2 of the more minor ones which were minor before and then got very few votes (E.G. Stingray, Scarlet) get lost in the shuffle.

So from the looks of it, the only way to get that download is if I resubscribe, even though my subscription ends next year. Yes, they'll add that time onto my subscription, but something about this just feels wrong with how, as a paying member, I don't get access to these things. My membership is only specifically paying for certain things and then I need to redo it if I want the new goodies? So if they tour in 2014 and my subscription lasts until May of 2014, then I'd have to buy another subscription. I'm offically done with that website.

I agree 100%! I resubbed in May and now have to do it again to get stuff being released within the same calendar year? Just exactly what is my membership paying for? Not kicking and screaming about this, just kind of done.
