The Mysterious Whale?

Heard once in my sitting room "She-moo the Mysterious Whale". The singer was 4 years old though. Any other funny mis-quotes?

Apparently hardly anyone can get them right...

Wow... I love the misheard lyrics for "Shadows and Tall Trees"...

"Do you feel in me
Anything redeeming
Any worthwhile feeling
It's just like a taco
Hanging from the ceiling"

Who knew Bono liked Mexican food so much?  ;D

And apparently I'm not the only one who heard "Edge's blowin' in the breeze, Wild Honey!"

I'm going to be singing "Mysterious Whale" for the rest of my life...  ;)

I always saw it as Mysterious Ways, not whales.

and the "Edges blowin in the breeze, wild honey" one cracked me up, although i never heard it like that.

I know I've mentioned this before, but I always sang 'You got Jungle Jane and love supreme' in 'Angel of Harlem'.  Now I know it's 'John Coltrane', but I can't stop singing my Tarzan version.  :D

I always thought Original Of The Species went "The end is not as far as the start."

"Baby, slow down, the end is not as fun as the start..."

I guess it's like "the nights you filled with fireworks" in Stuck in a Moment... nobody hears it...

Isn't it? I can just picture a young Bono, singing passionately about tacos... A very peculiar mental image!  :D

I got that, always thought that line is about childbirth "The end is not as fun as the start" what could be more true??

In the U2 Go Home "Angel of Harlem" I always hear:

"It was cold and wet December day
Suicide at JFK"
