From the Ground Up - slight damage to my sleeve

I received From the Ground Up a few days ago. The lithographs are stored in a pocket of the "sleeve/dust jacket", which you can see is just card folded and stuck with adhesive. Anyway, I think my lithographs had gotten kind of stuck to the adhesive inside, and when I was taking them out for the first time, I had to give them a tug to get them out. In the process, I kind of damaged/tore the other side of the pocket and now it's open on two sides, i.e. where it should be and also the opposite side is partially open.

If I slide the lithographs fully back into the pocket, they get re-stuck each time to the adhesive inside.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this with theirs, or if I was just unlucky. I know it's not the end of the world, but it is kind of annoying all the same.

yeah. that's what I cared about. really didn't care about the sleeve

Yeah, my lithographs were stuck too. All were fine, but slightly got a part of the Bono pic. Still look great though 
And the cd is great! Your Blue Room is awesome.

Same thing happened to me.

Bono pic got ripped as I tried to wriggle it free and the Larry pic has all adhesive stuck on the back with some of the inside sleeve stuck to the back of it.

I received my email on December 26th but no arrival yet.  I live in Ontario (Canada) so I don't know the delivery speed.  My UPS tracking code also doesn't work. I sometimes fear that it'll be delivered to my doorstep only to have someone steal it before I get home from work.  It's never happened before so maybe I'm just a little OCD about it!:-)

The UPS tracking code didn't work for anyone. Go figure.

My Bono litho was slightly damaged too by the adhesive and it sounds like everyone has been affected by this same issue. Larry was slightly stuck too but came out of it unscathed.

My copy arrived today.  The lithos came out without sticking though the cd has some light surface scuffs but nothing too bad.

My copy has a massive dogear. I usually scoff at people who get bent out of shape at things but this is actually pissing me off.

I received my copy a couple of weeks ago and two of the lithographs were stuck. When I finally got them out they were both a bit damaged, just like others here have experienced, the one of Bono has a small tear from the inside of the pocket stuck to it and the one of Larry has the same but on the back. I contacted Live Nation and I thought I would get the damaged lithographs replaced but they sent me another copy of FTGU and the exact same thing happened again I'm afraid that if I contact Live Nation about this agin they will just send me another copy of the whole thing again instead of just sending me a replacement of the damaged lithographs.

Anyone else here that has contacted them and gotten the lithographs replaced?
