Jesus Droo, all I said was that we had heard each sides accounts of events.
The more we hear the details, the more I believe he may be guilty. Thats just my feelings, and of course we will never hear all the details.
Has the trial already started? I highly doubt it's moving along this efficiently. If it hasn't yet started, and becomes a jury trial, these details being public will likely poison the fairness of the trial.
Sorry, as a defence lawyer I can't help but think of these things.
