We need a forum trip over....i can see it now, our own @U2 airlines... :D

A forum meet up in Dublin would be freaking amazing!

I'm going to be bringing KitKat and I'm sure that we can convince TD to actually show up.

the atmosphere in the ale houses in dublin on gig day is really good

tribute band playing in one last time in the beer garden and whilst I am not a fan of the concept they were good

in fact last time the day and the craic was better than what followed in the evening

Well you go from a nice cosy ale house, where everyone is hugger-mugger to the music, to a vast, cold stadium.  So what do you expect?

Aye. You are right. Can't help but feel the o2 in dublin would be the place to see them. Can't see it happening though

I dare say the band themselves would (probably) happily play the O2 in Dublin.....but the greedy feckers at Live nation wouldnt have any of it

If U2 wanted to do an arena tour or a mixed tour playing both stadiums and arenas then they could.
