This is a great topic!

I'm going to the OKC show in October.

I'm thinking.....

A nice, long intro before the band comes on.  This is a collage of songs from their 30 year catalog with 3-5 second clips kind of overlapping each other.  This would give everyone in attendance time to reflect on how great the band really is that they are about to see.  After a few minutes of this musical collaboration, they bring up video clips from some of the most memorable concerts and moments, moving forward in chronological order;  for instance, they show a little bit of Sunday, then Bad, then Streets, then stuff from ZooTV, POP, etc.  The whole time, it just keeps getting louder, faster, quicker clips, until each clip is only a fraction of a second.  During this build-up, you hear a familiar keyboard riff that sounds like the opening to Magnificent.  While the video clips are speeding up, you hear Larry's snare roll and now you know Magnificent is about to start.  Just as the Edge plays the first note of his riff, the whole stadium is blinded by lights from The Claw.

Ok, so Song 1 is Magnificent.

From there....

2.Boots
3.Breath
4.Vertigo
After these high-energy songs, I think they play a version of No Line that is more of a 'head-bobbing, groove' kinda song that builds up to the "ooohhh!!!"sss right before the last chorus. Hopefully Bono can get the crowd involved during this song. I see this as an opportunity to move the crowd from 'spectators' to 'band members' all singing the "ooohh!!"sss.   This will give everyone's heart a chance to slow down from the emotional high from the first 4 songs yet keep the spirit up and moving.

5.No Line
6.Stand Up Comedy - again, a good 'grove' song that's should be easy to get into live.
7.Elevation - Vertigo tour version - crowd involved
8.Unknown Caller - Extended guitar solo at the end (like a PinkFloyd solo)- this song could surprise a lot of people if played right live.
9.Moment of Surrender - This song fades into the next
10.City of Blinding Lights - This wraps up the current decade.  lights go black

Change moods; we are about to step back in time into the 90's.

Brief sound and video intro highlighting the stadium tours of the 90's.  We see clips of Bono's charactors, lemons are swirling around the 360 screen on The Claw, etc.

1.Hold me, Kiss me - We've only seen this song once; everyone loves it, bring it back.
2.The Fly - ZooTV Tour version with the words and quotes flying all over the screens.
3.Last Night on Earth - Popmart version  -again, we've only seen this song once and it translated so well live
4.Until the End of the World - band plays the extended 'rock-out' version with the Edge tearing it up on guitar
5.Mysterious Ways
6.Staring at the Sun - Acustic
7.One - starts as an acustic version, then the crowd helps lift it into a the full band Popmart version
8.Please - maybe??? I love how they played it in Popmart, but the first 3/4 of the song might be a buzz-kill coming in after One
9.Love is Blindness - ZooTV version

This wraps up the 90's set.  This set could be twice as long, but we have to have some time to play the 80's.

Lights are out.  Clips from the 80's.  Not near as flashy as the 90's intro.  Then as it phases down, out of nowhere comes Larrys' famous beat from Bullet.

1.Bullet - Zoo TV version with the Edge rocking out
2.I will Follow
3.New Years Day - Crowd helps sing the chorus
4.Pride - overplayed? yes. but too many first timers have never seen it.  Maybe they could give it a fresh overhaul by doing a different intro to the song.  perhaps while New years Day is still ringing in everyones head, Bono sings "in the name of love" slowly while edge backs it up with a simple piano and vocal.  They sing through the chorus once, crowd helps, organs get louder, then the Edge breaks out the familiar riff.  Just a thought .
After Pride, everyone is singing the "oooh-wuh-oooh" over and over.  Then we hear...
5.Still Haven't Found - Just a clean guitar by the Edge, while Bono and the crowd sing the song, maybe Larry gives a soft beat with a closed high hat that carrys into to the crowd clapping the beat the entire song.
6.Running to Stand Still -Edge plays guitar instead of keyboard - like the ZooTV version.  This leads perfectly to....
7.Steets - a nice, long, build-up like ZooTV - that was hands down the best live version.
8.Bad -
9.40

Encore:
1.Frez-Being Born
2.Acustic set - Some sort of collaboration of Yahweh/Peace on Earth/and the end of Walk on (All that you treasure, all that you keep, all ...)
3.Van Diemens Land

Then on the way out, everyone gets a free Live CD recorded earlier at one of their European shows.
