Does anyone else think that The Edge could easily pull off a succussful run as a solo artist? I'm not saying he should leave U2 by any means, but I think it'd be interesting. He can sing and play guitar (obviously), and he also has the smarts and knowhow of making music.

So while Bono's off attempting to save the world, or he's just having a good time with some barely legal teens Wink, The Edge could record a great album. Grin

Well, seeing as he can play guitar, piano, and sing (almost) at the same time, he could make a spiffy one-man band! And I seem to recall Bono saying something about Edge being a "frustrated drummer"...

So yes, he could (but I hope he doesn't)!
