I'm on board in the great thread!   :D

A little curious to see the "red edit version" in the title. How much will it differ from the album version?  The song is a little short,  kinda sounds to me like they cut a verse out so maybe that'll bw the difference. Either way,  song is fantastic!

Can we also just talk about how we finally have an awesome chorus?!

One of the things NLOTH lacked, so hopefully that is remedied.

yep! I think Bono kills the chorus. Pretty good job by him on this song

I'm curious if Danger Mouse has an influence in the better choruses. I don't know much of his music, so I'm not sure.

Only listened ONCE so far. Almost hate the guitar, especially the beginning distortion thing that is repeated a few more times. It's not that I don't like that sound, it just seems out of place. :(

LOVE Bono's vocals, drums are good, ending is non existent.

Okay, going back in for another listen. Granted, this is on my computer speakers with the right one out. Maybe with a headset I will appreciate it more, which is how I came to LOVE Pop! ;-)

KUDOS for the possible $8million in donations by BOA and an additional possible $8million for other donors!!

The iTunes site now says it's $8million. It's on the page where you actually are in the store and ready to download the song.

I get how they say they are going back to their roots with this album. The lyrics are that, but on this album I want less of whatever that buzzy sound is. Edge!!!!!!!
