Heard this a few minutes ago and loved it. Went searching for it on Youtube and...it's by a singer I don't really care for doing vocals on a song (not a "track", but an actual song) by a totally talentless d-bag DJ/producer. Im happy to announce, there is plenty of good music about in 2017....BUT, its not to be found in the Charts or Mainstream Radio/Tv. My fave Radio channel these days is BBC6Music. No crap from charts on it...just lots of good music from non chart acts

New Katy Perry single is out...several steps up from anything on that disaster of an album called Prism.

Unfortunately, it's also way below even the least of the songs on Teenage Dream. I was hoping for the acoustic, Joni Mitchell-esque album she'd been talking about making a couple of years back, but looks like either she or her label (or both) chickened out on that.

Haim's debut album was good, Lorde and Lana Del Rey are decent, Kanye West's brilliant, Vampire Weekend was my favourite band at one point a few years ago but do they count? Besides the odd song from some other artists that's about it in terms of the upper echelon of current popular music.

I've never been a Paramore fan, but their new single is surprisingly good. Like really good. Take note, Coldplay - if you're gonna do this kind of thing, commit to it 100%.
