During Shavasana in yoga last night , My yoga instructor played Tomorrow...thought I was going to cry!! It was a beautiful day :)

Shavasana is at the end when we are all lying on our mats in deep meditation after practice.....our minds are supposed to be quiet but mine was singing away.....haha!

Shavasana sounds better than the English words - Corpse Pose.....lol!!

Honestly it is the only time ever that my mind rests - unless Tomorrow is played of course....ahaha
