Looks like Austra's ending the first leg of their tour here in Detroit on Feb. 19. Haven't been to the Magic Stick in ages. Hope they didn't let the bathrooms get trashed again after all that remodeling.

I can understand that. I honestly hate most newer hip hop; overall, it's just gone downhill.

got my ticket to Roger Waters today. only $85.

Wow, really?  Are they nosebleeds?  I admit I'm tempted, but I'm not sure how much I need to hear the same classics.  Seeing him on the DSotM and Wall Tours (the latter from like the 15th row) was amazing, but I've recently turned a corner on seeing some of these stalwarts do a lot of the same material every 5 years or so.

Cool.  Hope you enjoy it!  I was checking out a full concert video of his from just a few weeks ago in Mexico.  I liked the fact that he did a sort of "Animals" segment, and Fearless.  Like I said, tempting...

We have tickets to see Red Hot Chili Peppers in Buffalo 02/10/17 and Green Day here in Pittsburgh 03/25/17. Keeping an eye on Pollstar for several bands to tour in 2017 and want to go back to a few venues we were at this year, including Canalside (Buffalo NY), Merriweather Post Pavilion (Columbia MD), Cain Park (Cleveland Heights OH) and, of course, Red Rocks Ampitheatre (Morrison CO), which is annual road trip for us.

just realized my RTJ show is the day after Trump takes office. Now there are going to be a lot of shows next year, but none will have as much passion and meaning as this one.
