I'm coming by myself to this show. Am willing to split a hotel room if anyone's interested.

Hi, new guy here. I've been a fan since the Boy album and seen them live ever since the War tour at the LA sports Arena when I was in high school. I recently purchased tickets for the Rose Bowl show but I've never seen a concert there (just football and soccer). Does anyone know if the following seats are decent?
Section 19-H, Row 42
Section 18-L, Row 76

This might help, great site overall to check almost all major venue seating views.

If any of you are looking for a good deal for lodging check out vrbo.com. It's kind of like the uber of the lodging business. People rent out their homes/apartments and room for cheap. Just booked a little backyard cottage 15 mins from the Rose Bowl for $80/night. Many good deals still available.

It would be cool to organize a road trip to the actual Joshua Tree on the weekend of the Rose Bowl shows.

Here are the locations.

Thinking of taking Uber from hotel in Hollywood to Rose Bowl and back. Anyone take Uber to/from Rose Bowl for big events?  Wondering how the experience was.

Hollywood is far from Pasadena. Pasadena and Hollywood are 2 different cities. About a 30 minute drive. I'd look into renting a car. Uber isn't bad but it could be expensive

Yes, I'm thinking of renting a car too, but parking fees in LA and at Rose Bowl are making me think Uber might be cheaper.

The parking lot only holds 20,000 vehicles...

This is only one of a million reasons I'm skipping this event. Sigh.

I'm taking the subway out there also from Hollywood. You would want to walk a mile after the show then call an Uber. Because you will be swarmed by people. I think the 180/181 bus travels to Pasadena. I am just going to acknowledge it is going to be hell and grit teeth.
