Probably my top 3. Mofo (live) is up there too.

Gotta admit. I do skip 'Song for Someone' when I lift. That track was issued to my phone. Haha

Funny! Yeah, it's kinda tough to be energetic when SFS is on...it's a good time to catch one's breath.

I do a lot more long distance running than gym visits these days and Electric Co is easily one of the tracks that gets you going when your on a long run. The best though is Always Forever Now.

Yes. The rhythm, the bass, the sonics.. hypnotic qualities.. but then the strings that build give the perfect performance lift. Agree AFN can't be beaten.

It's been a bit since I hit the gym, so I had to check my workout playlist and see what U2 I've got on there. Looks like I've got:

Elevation
I Will Follow
Even Better Than The Real Thing
Vertigo
Love And Peace Or Else
All Because Of You
Bullet The Blue Sky
Discotheque
Last Night On Earth

This was made something like 4 years ago, so I'd probably add some tracks to it like:

Zoo Station
Out Of Control
Gloria
Desire
Hold Me Thrill Me Kiss Me Kill Me
The Fly

Basically anything upbeat or fast paced.

I work out to the Cocteau Twins.

But, if I could pick one song, it's not just one actually, but the mp3 of Bad/40/Streets from the Boston Elevation show.

Cue the magnificent Salome Zooromancer remix.

I actually can't work out to U2 album tracks except a handful like Mofo, Do You Feel Loved, Daddy's Gonna Pay. But the remixes are great e.g. the aforementioned Salome, Boots (Fish Out Of Water), Crazy (Redanka), Lemon (Perfecto), Elevation (Influx)...
