or Rome. London would make sense because it is a large market, they have a strong media presence and U2 have a personal history attached to it.

Is London really that much of a special city for them, it's kind of sandwiched inbetween Dublin and America, would love to see them do a tour DVD in my home city

bass slap, I'll have you know Bono's transplants are done by the best in the business, because of course Bono can afford it. Wish he'd opt for a more natural short style like he had on 360 tour.

Anyway, of course I bet they'd put out a DVD. Easy cash grab and "commemorative memorabilia" for each tour they do.

Even though I'm sure the tour has American politics themes, I bet they'd choose a European city (Rome, London, Dublin etc all mentioned above).

Americans are just too noisy. Dudes and their "WAWOO!", chicks and their screeching. Doesn't make good filming backdrop noises. Another bonus of picking a European city where English is not first language is that the crowd will react less strongly to whatever Bono is saying on stage. The cheer for the songs only. Maybe they think European girls look nicer, idk.

Yes, I know there are DVDs of Boston 2001 and Chicago 2004.

You're right skelter, on all of your points.
Knowing that bono has the best transplant in the business certainly puts me off having one.
I take the edge hat option every time  ;)

I think it's obvious that it will be the New York Shows at Metlife Stadium.
It's an album about america, so it will be a show in american at the end of the leg, when they are really into it. And at the Metlife Stadium they have two dates for the cut.

Home version of a tour? Let's see:

War: Yes
UnFire: No
TJT: Yes (though it was years later)
Love Town: No
ZooTV: Yes
PopMart: Yes
Elevation: Yes (twice)
Vertigo: Yes
360: Yes
I+E: Yes

I'd be shocked if it isn't under the tree Christmas morning.

exactly. i dont get why people question whether or not there will be a dvd/bluray release each tour.

and there were 2 Vertigo shows if you count the concert dvd from U218 Singles.

It's an album about America, so The NJ shows or the D.C. one seem most likely.

U2 3D, Milan and Chicago were all from the Vertigo tour.
