It's a bit of a weird arrangement that Adam leaves his newborn daughter at home. I'm sure the child is not on the plane with them.

Oh well, I'm sure Bono has toured when multiple of his 4 kids were very young. Maybe same for Edge and Larry.

I highly appreciate his work on this album. More prominence then SOI, where I felt that with the exception of Iris, he was relegated to the role of a very good session player.

Adam seems like the nicest, friendliest guy. He reminds me of my grandad. I feel like I could get on with him the easiest of all the band members, he's so unassuming.

I can't read 588 pages so I'll just leave my tribute here.

Adam Clayton is an incredible bass player and makes a strong contribution to the U2 sound.

He is super cool and has incredible style. Very daring.

I used to think he peaked in looks during the October era - LOVE that hair - but holy moly, now? He looks better than ever before. I took a 15 year U2 hiatus and the first time I saw him again was playing Bullet on Jimmy Fallon (where Bono dropped those amazing new Trump/Kim lyrics). When they finished, he took out his earpieces and beamed, like he knew they freaking killed it (and they did). His smile knocked my socks off. Not to mention the silver fox look.

I feel like Adam has been Bono's guardian angel, and Bono is a guy who really needs one so it's a big job. I've read stories where Adam has protected him physically, emotionally, morally. I've seen him be emotionally supportive on stage.

The best thing is seeing Adam enjoy himself on stage.

That's my tribute. My love to Adam Clayton.
