For the Vertigo tour to make sure i got tickets i queued from 2am at the secc. Can we envisage something similar here or will there be no tickets available to personal callers?

Fellow glasgow u2 fan here. Vertigo tour = presale for me. However I have qued for 15 hours for the indoor show before zoo tv. (1991?)
I am hoping to rely on the pre sale again but surely 6-7am to join the q would be ok? Good Luck

Do you have to be a paid subscriber to u2.com to qualify for the pre-sale? And will there definitely be over the counter sales like last time?

Yes ,to participate on the ticket presale you must be a paid up member, see the "On Tour" section here:

Regarding ticket counter sales, double check with your local ticket sale counter, but they usually sell on the day of sale to the general publin, the trouble is, if they sell out in minutes, and you are not at the top of the Q you lare eft ticketless.
