Official U2 Online Store issues

A month ago I ordered a JT tour program to a UK address on the official U2.com store (as I didnt want to have to carry it around with me at the London show!). I still havent received it and I have filled out their web contact form twice (with no response) and tried to call the fan support number (a ticketmaster one) but its always closed. Has anyone else had any issues with getting shipments from U2.com? If so... how did you solve them?!

I ordered a tour T-Shirt after the Dallas concert in May and I didn't get it until July. It seems to take a while with them. I was considering writing them when I got the notification that it had shipped.

I thought it was a well known fact that u2.con is badly run and takes ages to get its act together, as far as orders go

I don't think it will. the program has both the North American AND European dates on it. It seems to be printed for both legs.

I'm the same, I ordered a shirt and a programme after the Twickenham shows. I had an email yesterday saying the shirt had been despatched, but nothing about the programme.

I've lost track now. Was the 2017 Joshua Tree gift sent?

I got an email the other day saying they were in production right now and slated to be sent in autumn.  Per the email:

"If you opted for The Joshua Tree Singles Vinyl Collection: 1987 & 2017 as your 2017 Subscriber gift, its now in production and on track for Autumn dispatch."

Some things can take two months, especially new items. I am getting a lithograph today after seven weeks...

Thanks for the responses guys.... I finally got through on the phone.... the Programs were all out on the Tour and they need to get some shipped back before they can send the out... apparently there's a fair few people waiting on them. I've to call back in 3 weeks if I still haven't received anything! Bunch of amateurs...
