Ordering form U2.com shop
« on: September 03, 2018, 04:13:54 AM »
I would like to order a t-shirt from the EI tour from the U2.com website. Article number U2T83321. The article will be shipped around September 10th (as stated on the U2.com website). I would like to receive the shirt before October 7th, before the concert in Amsterdam. Will it by arrived in the Netherlands within 4 weeks after it has been shipped September 10th.

Does anybody have any experience with ordering from the U2.com website?

If I wanted something by October 7th of this year from U2.com, I'd have ordered it during the PopMart tour.

I kid, I kid. Hopefully you'll be good to go.

Pfoe, I bet it'll be shipped from USA, I've bought once Artificial Horizon on their site, and that took a couple of weeks if I remember correctly (maybe 2, maybe 4 could also be 5).

I was last tour in Amsterdam, and there was merchandise outside the Amsterdam Arena. I guess there'll be merchandise outside the Ziggo Dome, but it could be pretty busy in the queue

It will be cheaper to buy a t-shirt at the concert. Live Nation shipping is expensive & theyíre NOT the most reliable when it comes to sending out customer orders.

U2.com is terrible. Always buy in person if you can. They charge for shipping too.

Best of wishes - I ordered a program and tour shirt from U2.com for the JT30 tour and it took almost two months for them to arrive.  I did the same for E&I and it took about a month.

I'm still glad I did it that way so I wouldn't have to wait in line at the show and carry the stuff around with me, but they just took a long time fulfilling the orders.

Their Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired as well.

I would try and avoid giving u2.com any business. I hear so many horror stories.
