Well this quote is a lie. They won’t get rid of COBL, BD, even better, elevation, or pride. Although I’m suprised these are the only hits left.

I reckon they will drop COBL - its exactly the same as last time.  Maybe The Showman for a replacement?
BD, Elevation and Pride have different visual arrangements.

I think they consider COBL a WTSHNN substitute for a late show "lift-off" moment, even if it's not a crowd essential.  But I'm all for them ditching the familiar arc of a U2 show for a collection of great songs.

«your Love was a light bulb hanging over my bed ». Lyrics fit with the theme of innocence and experience, it would be great.

That would be perfect.  Wonder if they could every drop BD? What song could do the same work for them?

Breathe!

Well, except for the "mega-hit" aspect, lol.

Or! Or! Crazy Tonight! <ducks tomatoes> Argh, be gentle, I'm sorry I mentioned it!

« Dirty Day » to replace « Beautiful Day » 😀
No, I’m kidding, of course. I was thinking about « Magnificent ».
« Peace on Earth » or « do you feel loved » could replace « Pride »
and « Please » replace « One »
it ends with the lyric « Love is BIG, it’s BIGGER than us, but love is not what you’re thinking of » just before the song « Love is bigger than anything in its way », it would be
perfect.
What if they play « oh Berlin » in Berlin?

DISCOTHEQUE should replace Even Better. Perfect placement. Perfect lighting. It fits that spot to perfection.
Something different. European crowds will flip out.

Wow, I was kidding about "Dirty Day" instead of "Beautiful Day"! Now, U2place had just reported the band played "Dirty Day" during rehearsals in Lisbon and Manchester.  ;D

I think GOOYOW is a natural replacement for the tired (sorry) BD.

I will gladly hear Breathe any day any time any where.
