In 2017 we got JT17 tour. Do you think there will be a tour to acknowledge 30 years since AB/Zoo TV ?

ZooMart!

To be honest, I don't mind. I wouldn't like them to celebrate the past perse. But i would go

I think a new album like Songs of Ascent and a tour for it sounds more exciting that attempting to revisit the ZOO TV tour. I loved the ZOO TV tour and saw it four times in 1992. Achtung Baby is my favorite album. But for me, the most exciting thing is new music and new tours by U2.

No in 2021, we need Elevation 20!
(and Walk On is reworked for Malala Yousafzai, and all references to Aung San Su Kyi are gone)

AB is my favorite too but sadly I never saw ZooTV.  So I selfishly want a tour of AB/Zooropa/Pop because how fun would that be?!?!?

But I do love new material so I picked anniversary tour only if no new album comes out.

It probably won't happen. They did JT30 because SOE wasn't ready, probably something in their contract. And as someone mentioned, the urrent setlist has half of Achtung every night.

What these regressive types always forget is U2 are always creative and have new ideas that could be better. That's what they forget.

I don't think so. What they're doing now with the E+I Tour is paying nice respects to AB and the ZooTV Tour with a lot of songs from AB on the set list, Stay on the set list, the MacPhisto bit, Hold Me Thrill Me... in the intermission, the Zooropa snippet in the intro. What I'd love is for them to delve into honoring OS1, Pop, and PopMart with playing some more Pop songs and looking at doing Your Blue Room, like they did during the 360 Tour, and poke a little fun at the PopMart era in some way. I don't know if they will, but it'd be cool to see.

I really hope they do it but certainly don't expect it. I doubt there will be a new album by then as am expecting a 4 year gap from now until a new album so they could actually do it. Many of the statements they were making back then are very relevant now so could imagine they could re-position Zoo to now. A 90s music tour would be so awesome.

An AB Tour would be soooo cool!  8) 8) It would be a dream come true! JT Tour was awesome, incredible. I loved the mix of the album songs + other hits and less known song (A Sort Of Homecoming was stellar). So something along the same line would be a treat (with a bigger screen  though as the JT Tour screen seeemed tiny in a big stadium).
