Adam quote about Joshua Tree song trilogy

I don’t have the 20th anniversary set of TJT and I cannot find a PDF of the book in the set, but what is the complete quote from Adam where he says that “One Tree Hill” is part of a trilogy of songs on the album.

Adam says:
Quote
We were looking at this America through a European lens, at a time when Britain was under Margaret Thatcher who was breaking the miners. So we were singing from the same hymn sheet as The Clash but with our spotlight focused on injustice inside and outside America. 'Mothers of the Disappeared' was not just a reflection on what had happened under the military government in Chile but also at the US which had supported that government. 'Bullet the Blue Sky' and 'One Tree Hill' made up a trilogy of songs that touched that note while 'Exit' also came from the other side of America where 'the hands that build can also pull down'.

Hm ... so which three songs are the trilogy?

Thanks for sharing.  I was looking at the Wiki article for "One Tree Hill" and it references this trilogy.  But, it was a shortened quote and did not make much sense.  The full quote doesn't add clarity.

If anything makes sense as a trilogy about America it is Bullet, Exit and Mothers. I think One Tree Hill is out of place in here ... in my opinion.  ;)

How about Bullet, God's Country, and Mothers?

In U2 By U2, the Edge described the last three songs as a "suite of death."
