Hi Joe, I had the same problem when I was in Ukraine. I could log on from one computer, but not another. I have no idea why.
Someone there told me that certain internet providers in Ukraine limit the amount of websites you can access.
I never figured out why I had that problem, but trying to log on from some computers I'd get a message "Sorry, you are banned from using this forum, spammer" made me very sad.  Cry

I happened to enter today!!!!)))
I heard something about my provider's limit of access, but I've never had any problems with it... and I tried to enter from three other providers -- the same problem (one -- LAN, one -- DSL, and even one Dial-up)...
and every time I can enter -- it happens when I am home, using my provider with limited access...  Huh

I believe we used Golden Telecom for our internet provider and it was very good.
