Oh dear. I already have been working out and dieting. Does this mean I need to do more? Moan.
It is amazing how hard one has to work at 28 to look like she did effortlessly at 20. 
If you've already got the diet and exercise thing down, you don't have to do MORE - just come here and inspire the rest of us!! :-)
I'm pretty consistant with exercise, but then undo all the good I did by eating (or drinking!) more than I should. I need to step up my workouts and eat better! Today was a good first step - I did step aerobics, some strength training, and ate healthy.
It's great so many people are into this with me!
