Everyone is doing so well, it's really inspiring!
This weekend we bought bikes for the whole family - it was my first new bike in 15 years! I figured we would go slowly so our 7 year old could keep up, but I'm the one that ended up behind - you definately use different muscles when bike than when you walk! I'm thinking of rotating my schedule - walk the dog ever day still, but add on biking one day, yoga the next. ANd now that the weather is better, gardening in between!
