Sounds good to me. That is, assuming my chauffeur [aka, my brother who's also going to the concert] doesn't mind going as well.

HEY Logan put my down for a maybe (75% will become a yes)! PM me if this is still going down, I'll give you my email/facebook. Sounds great though, and with my seats being pretty much the last row, I won't have to worry about leaving for the GA line. I can't grill anything so i'll bring drinks if i come. oh yeah is it legal over there? don't want to get arrested before the show?

Yeah, it's totally normal for people to chill in the parking lot and grill some burgers or hot dogs. I will keep everyone posted as we get closer to D-Day.

I'll be in the GA line. Will someone bring me a burger?
Just a reminder
I might be camping out all night too. Cheaper than a hotel.

Decided not to camp - hotel bed sounds better than sidewalk. But I do know some ppl who are planning on it. I'm planning on, like 6am maybe?

It looks like there will be alot of people there early. The parking area is really big and spread out. I will try to get there early and park close to the G/A line so those who want some food can come over or send someone over. I'm working on a banner to show where we're at cos I'm guessing there will be alot of other people cooking stuff. You don't want to go ask the wrong person for a burger now do you?

That sounds cool. My buddy and I will be in the GA line, but I gave my niece some seats, so she can bring us some grub.
And you can put an
'@U2 FORUM MEMBERS'
banner up, or something.
Keep us posted. And thanks for this...

I'll be there
Tonight... We'll build a bridge
Across the sea and land.
Just couldn't resist.
But I think that I should hold a HAWK sign up, since I can't see. Not sure who even knows that anymore.
I do remember though; Zooey = CC for Electrical Storm vid.

That's me!!! And I wanted to meet you at some gathering that was held in the Bay Area (my home "town") but I had to miss it. I thought about the whole sight issue as soon as i posted my last post but I figured you got the gist of what I was trying to say

Of course I did. I'm just a little twisted at times.... and if you're nice, then maybe I'll pop my eyes out for you. It's a great party trick!
And yeah, all of us Bay Area people have to be patient I guess, and hope for a 2010 visit.
And speaking of the BA, last October, I broke the story to m2 about Bono and Edge being at Sam's Chowder House here in HMB, where I live. A friend of mine who works at that restaurant, called me the day of and said that U2 would be showing up at Sam's that very night. She's no U2 fan, but knows that I am. And it was supposed to be some huge secret that they were going there. Turns out, it was Bono and Edge, and it was a party for Elevation Partners, and security wouldn't let me and my wife in. The freakin' nerve of some people! He did, however, seem genuinely surprised that I knew the boys were inside the restaurant... but still wouldn't admit that they were there.
But anyway, yeah, they gotta come see us. It would be a first if they didn't! Wondering if it's a Live Nation/TM issue? I don't know if there are any stadiums here that are Live Nation friendly. Maybe the new Stanford stadium?? That would be sick! Not sure the claw would even fit inside that place.
