i wonder what the setlist will be for tonight's show?

I think it will be similar to the first night, but with drowning man added.

Breathe is entirely the wrong song to start with.
Moment of Surrender is the wrong song to end with.

Lets hope they realise this and Both are changed.

I completely agree with you. City Of Blinding Lights was a great opener for the Vertigo Tour gigs.

I think Breathe should be move towards the middle or near the end of the first set.  It's definitely not strong enough for an opening song.  Boots should be played first.  That way the video "future needs a big kiss" can be used as the band gets ready.  Then they can kick into the song.

I know one thing after reading a lot about the band. They are critical of their performance.  So you can guarantee they watched a playback of the first night and were making notes of what to change.

11. City of Blinding Lights
12. Vertigo
13. I'll Go Crazy
14. Sunday, Bloody Sunday
15. Pride in the Name of Love
16. MLK

Not specially amazing...

Remember this is only night 1 of over a hundred nights, so maybe the best is yet to come

they need to play songs such as bullet and the fly for the amazing guitar solos. they should play the fly like they did on the boston 2001 dvd. that would be gr8.

Bullet needed a rest, well I thought it did

I missed the Fly, it is my favorite song, well easily in my top 5

You do have a right about guitar solos, replace In a Little While with the Fly.

i agree

Unless they can figure out how to add some life to this song, they should drop it altogether.  The song was written to fire up a stadium crowd, but if you looked across the crowd, they looked kinda dead...and thats bad for an opening number.

I wasn't there so I can't say if Breathe worked well as the opener, but I'm surprised if it didn't. It's one of the best songs on the album, it has a good intro and it's more upbeat. I noticed they didn't really do much with lighting or the stage for Breathe (except turn the lights on), so that might have helped, but I have no complaints if they start the concert the same way where I'm seeing them.

I think the show's about to start... discussion will remain on this topic or there's another one that I couldn't find?
