Which Birmingham heavy metal band, previously known as Earth, made their debut with 'Evil Woman Don't Play Your Games With Me'?

Answer - Crowe?
Question - Many years ago in the time of the Dark Ages, a channel on cable called MTV actually played music videos! They even had 4 VJ's as they were called. Who were MTV's original 4 VJ's?  One is still very active on VH1. Extra credit: What was the very first video played when that channel made its debut?   I was there to see the big event.

Hmm, for some reason I want to say the New Years Day video was among the first, if not the first, played on MTV. I've always associated the network's birth with that video....

Quick EDIT after ze Googling: Appropriately enough, the first video played was 'Video Killed the Radio Star' by the Buggles...

I knew the Video Killed the Radio Star answer....had no idea who sang it though.

Were the original 4:

Mark Goodwin
Allen Hunter
Martha Quin
Nina Blackwood
JJ Jackson

I know that's 5, but not sure which of these came last.

Alright, it's late and I'm tired and I got nothin'. So how about....

What artist designed this band's album cover that featured a working zipper?

Artist's name & band's name & album title...

Rolling Stones, Sticky Fingers by the one and only Andy Warhol! ;)!

*********************************

It is late so an easy one as well for now- Which two male vocalists were romantically involved with Chrissie Hynde (NOT the ones in her own band the Pretenders)?  I  believe she was married and had children with these two men.

P.S. Extra Credit for Hawk-I forgot about Allen Hunter making the count 5!! ;)

I believe that would be Peter Green-vocals, guitar, Jeremy Spencer-vocals, guitar, John McVie-bass, Mick Fleetwood-drums.

***************************

Who is Helen Folasade Adu?  (Ok easy, I'll have to work on a better one!)
